Got two houses on my round that have one window each that have louvers.
I WFP them exactly the same as a normal window ?‍

We don’t do any now but used to do a few just opened them and have a damp microfibres cloth doubled over you can clean both sides of the glass at the same time , we used to do this on a fish and chips shop windows until they replaced them with normal closers
